Discretions fought it in federal court alongside Club Chameleon, Guys & Dolls and Encounters, kept its doors open by boarding up its open viewing windows and converting public play areas (including the famously-named "Mass Hysteria" theme room) into private ones, and weathered a 2002 Phoenix PD raid in which staff and managers were briefly arrested.
