Wicked Manor

Operating under the new name Wicked Manor since rebranding from PlayhouseDFW, this members-only lifestyle club sits roughly 10 miles southwest of downtown Dallas, with the exact address disclosed only after membership approval. The venue is a boutique, 7,000-square-foot space designed for intimate parties capped at around 100-125 members, featuring modern decor, seductive lighting, a BYOB bar, and a nightclub area with pulsating music. Members can explore dedicated exhibitionism and voyeurism rooms or retreat to secluded private rooms, with additional amenities including a locker room, ample on-site parking, and a secluded pool. Access is strictly by pre-approved membership — a members' board reviews every application, including a required photo, and not everyone is accepted. Parties run Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 2am, with doors open for arrivals during the first two hours only and ticket sales cutting off at 10pm; walk-ins are not permitted under any circumstances. New members receive a personal tour upon their first check-in, and the club has hosted more than 500 past events for a member base described as exceeding 30,000. A strict, no-exceptions dress code applies: men may not wear shorts, hats, sandals, work boots, flip flops, or logoed T-shirts, while women are barred from hats, work boots, slippers, flip flops, and logoed T-shirts.
