Summer's Home for Wayward Swingers

Summer's Home for Wayward Swingers is a Dallas-based lifestyle events organization for couples, single women, and a limited, vetted number of single men interested in consensual non-monogamy. It is run by a couple who describe themselves as active in the lifestyle since 2018 and pairs an events calendar with a members website and ancillary offerings such as boudoir photography; a satellite presence also exists in Austin. Parties take place at two venue types: a private, on-premise space in Dallas Design District, offering more than 2,500 square feet of play area along with a saltwater pool, cabanas, and a lounge; and interconnected suites booked at upscale hotels in downtown Dallas, reached via keycard-controlled elevators. Both formats run as invitation-only, RSVP parties rather than open club nights, with staff screening attendees at a pre-party meet-and-greet. Entry requires an online RSVP and a paid donation, with pricing varying by event. A general dress code applies, and costumes for theme nights are encouraged but optional. Single men are admitted only after in-person vetting and are capped relative to the number of couples and single women present. House rules prohibit photography or recording anywhere except the pre-party mixer with consent, ask attendees to be current on STI screening, and note that on-premise sexual activity may occur, which guests are not required to join. Parties are BYOB, with light food and mixers typically supplied by the organizers.
