Illuminaughty Seattle

Illuminaughty Seattle is the local chapter of Illuminaughty, a national curated lifestyle brand that has hosted private swinger parties and cocktail mixers since 2022. Rather than operating from a fixed clubhouse, it runs monthly events for the Seattle and Tacoma area, drawing an ethically non-monogamous crowd of couples and singles roughly in their 20s, 30s and 40s. Attendance is restricted to approved members: applicants submit photos and a written application, and there is no membership fee, though not everyone is accepted. Events fall into two formats. Tease Cocktail Mixers are held in reserved sections of local bars or restaurants as a low-key way for members to meet. Private parties — the core of the brand — take place at rented private residences ranging from houses to high-rise apartments to larger estates, decorated and lit to set an intentional mood, typically hosting 40 to 80 members with professional security on site. Rooms are set up for a range of experiences, from massage tables and group-play spaces to light bondage or kink setups, though kink is described as a secondary element rather than the main focus. Most night parties run from around 8pm to 2am, with an arrival window (roughly 8:00–9:30pm) after which doors close for a mandatory opening talk on consent and house rules; latecomers are turned away. Parties are BYOB, with mixers and non-alcoholic drinks supplied, and towels, wipes, condoms, lube and massage oil provided. Each event has a set dress theme that members are expected to follow. Tickets and the private venue address are released only to approved, logged-in ticket holders, with the exact location shared on the day of the event.
