Eros Events

Eros Events is a private, members-only, on-premise lifestyle group based in Redmond, Washington, operating continuously since early 2003 under its original name, Redmond Ranch. The club describes itself as an inclusive community that welcomes members regardless of race, gender, gender identity, or sexuality, and builds its culture around explicit, enthusiastic consent. Parties are held at a home-like retreat center set on several acres, combining a heated indoor pool and hot tub (swimwear optional) with a DJ-driven dance floor and brass pole, a voyeur room, and semi-private and open group play areas. Two detached cabins supplement the main house — a cozy, semi-private cabin with a loft and king beds, and a larger cabin used for bigger groups and light BDSM play. The property has recently been refreshed with a new roof, paint, carpet, and a renovated pool and hot tub. Evening parties run on Saturday nights roughly once a month (with occasional Fridays), 8pm to midnight with newcomer orientation at 7pm, while swim parties happen on Sundays one to two times a month from 1 to 5pm with orientation at noon. Entry requires annual membership ($30 per person, or $10 for a single-party pass) plus a per-party charge of $70 per couple or $40 per person, with identical rates for all singles since 2023; cash only. First-timers must complete an orientation and show valid state ID, and alcohol, marijuana, phones, and cameras are all prohibited on the property.
