The members-only, clothing-optional property holds around 148 individually owned condo-hotel units arranged around a courtyard pool, two hot tubs, a poolside tiki bar and the Club Secret nightclub, which pumps EDM across a two-bar dance floor with a full light-and-sound rig most nights of the week. The main draw is an 8,000-square-foot playroom complex: five windowed private rooms with beds and couches, a large central group-play area, a curtained section with a screening lounge, and a staffed dungeon (Club Swinkster) equipped with spanking benches, bondage gear and intro classes for the curious. Playrooms are nude-or-towel only; phones and smartwatches are banned inside. Lockers ($8–$10/night, towels included) sit at the entrance beside a communal shower area.
