Mile High Club Chalet is not a swingers club in the traditional sense — it is a network of private, kink-friendly rental suites scattered across Denver, Glendale and Centennial, available by the time slot for couples or small groups who bring their own company. Founded in 2019 by Denver-area realtor Teresa Grasmick, MHCC grew out of a single Airbnb repurposed for daytime trysts and now spans four properties in quiet residential neighbourhoods, each tastefully furnished and stocked with condoms, towels, mouthwash and a riding crop, with a sex sling and dishwasher-safe toys available on request. Booking runs through the website or by phone (720-799-6654), with three daytime slots available Sunday through Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm, plus overnight "moonlight" sessions. Same-day reservations are accepted by phone. Access is keyless: guests text on the day of their appointment for a one-time door code, and a cleaning crew turns each unit over in roughly fifteen minutes between visits. Packages range from a single visit at $120 to a five-visit bundle at $400. The model is strictly BYOP — bring your own partner. MHCC does not facilitate introductions, provide companionship or operate communal play areas; it simply offers a discreet, well-equipped space and gets out of the way.
